2. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for processing.

4. Inspection & Approval: Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item. Approved exchanges will be processed promptly.
